If you are currently an accountholder and wish to sign up for the service, please fill out an application at either the Galva or Kewanee Office.  Or, if you would like to download an application, click the hyperlink at the bottom of this text, and mail it to Community State Bank, PO Box 78, Galva, IL 61434.  After a verification period we will contact you with access information.  

Internet Banking will allow you to track your accounts, transfer your funds, reconcile your check book, and even download your transaction history into Quicken® or MSMoney®.
